2. What We Sell

Dream Textures sells ready-made, AI-generated digital textures and texture packs. Our products may include PBR maps such as albedo, normal, roughness, ambient occlusion, height, and metallic maps, depending on the product.

We do not provide an AI texture generator or a custom texture generation service. Purchasing a product gives you access to the digital files described on its product page.

Our products are supplied digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must have a registered Dream Textures account to purchase and download products. Guest checkout and downloads without an account are not available.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to use your account without your permission.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where the activity results from our own failure to meet our legal obligations. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that could harm the website or other users. Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to explain or resolve the issue.

You are responsible for checking that the product's file formats, resolution, and other specifications meet your needs. We do not guarantee compatibility with every 3D application, rendering engine, operating system, or software version.

The appearance of a texture may vary depending on your software, shaders, lighting, rendering settings, and other technical factors. Product previews are intended to help you evaluate the material, but they may not reproduce every possible result.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Dream Textures may offer discounts, promotional codes, special prices, or other promotional offers.

Each promotion may have its own conditions, including an expiry date, eligible products, minimum purchase amount, usage limit, or restrictions on combining it with other offers. Any specific conditions will be displayed with the promotion or at checkout.

Promotional codes must be entered before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has been placed.

We may change, suspend, or end a promotion at any time. However, we will not remove a discount that has already been validly applied to a completed order.

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless expressly stated otherwise. We may refuse a promotional code where it has expired, does not meet its conditions, or is being used fraudulently.

9. Prices and Accepted Currencies

We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, currency, and other details needed to confirm your order, provide access to your purchase, or resolve a payment issue.

We may add, remove, or change available payment methods without prior notice. If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order may remain unpaid and the product will not be made available until payment is successfully confirmed.

11. Digital Delivery and Downloads

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your purchased texture files will be made available for download through your registered Dream Textures account.

You can access your purchases by signing in and opening the relevant order or download section of your account. Download links may also be provided by email where this feature is available.

Digital delivery is normally available immediately after purchase. However, occasional delays may occur due to payment verification, technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection are suitable for downloading and using the files. You should also keep a backup of your downloaded products.

If a download fails, a file is missing, or you receive a corrupted file, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or another suitable remedy.

We may change the way downloads are delivered or accessed, provided that this does not unfairly remove access to products you have already purchased.

12. Repeat Downloads and Product Updates

Purchased products may remain available through your account for repeat download while the relevant download service is available. However, we do not guarantee permanent online storage or unlimited access to download links.

You should download your purchased files and keep your own backup. If you lose a file or cannot access a previous purchase, contact us with your order details and we will review whether we can provide another download.

We may update, improve, replace, or remove products from our catalog. An update may include changes to files, formats, technical specifications, or other product content.

Unless expressly stated on the product page or in a promotional offer, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to future versions, additional files, or free upgrades.

If we make an update available to existing purchasers, we may provide it through their accounts or by another suitable method. Any such update will be subject to the applicable license terms.

Removing a product from sale does not automatically cancel a completed purchase or remove any statutory rights you may have in relation to that purchase.

13. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a texture, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the texture files or the intellectual property rights in them.

The license allows you to use the textures in personal and commercial projects. This may include games, 3D scenes, architectural visualizations, animation, product design, websites, videos, and other creative work.

You may modify, resize, crop, recolor, combine, or otherwise adapt the textures as part of your own projects. You may also incorporate them into a finished project that you publish, distribute, or sell, provided that the texture files are not supplied as standalone assets or in a form that allows others to extract and reuse them as a substitute for purchasing them.

Multiple Projects

You may use a purchased texture in more than one personal or commercial project. You do not need to purchase a new license each time you use the same texture in another project, provided that your use remains within these Terms.

Businesses and Teams

The license is granted to the purchasing account holder. If you purchase a texture on behalf of a business, the business may use it for its own projects, subject to these Terms.

Employees and contractors may access the files where necessary to work on those projects, provided that they do not use or distribute the files outside the scope of that work. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the files on your behalf follows the license restrictions.

Access by employees or contractors does not give them a separate license to use the original files for their own unrelated projects.

Client Projects

You may use the textures to create work for a client, including commercial work. You may deliver a finished project containing the textures to your client, provided that the textures are incorporated into the project and are not supplied as a separate reusable texture pack.

If your client needs the original texture files for independent use in other projects, they should obtain their own license.

What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the original texture files, whether individually or as part of a pack.
• Upload the files to another texture store, asset marketplace, stock library, file-sharing platform, or similar service.
• Include the files in a product whose main purpose is to provide reusable textures or material assets to other users.
• Sell or distribute modified versions of the textures as standalone texture assets.
• Claim that you created the original texture files or that you own exclusive rights to them.
• Use the files in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
• Remove or bypass technical restrictions intended to prevent unauthorized access or redistribution.

You may not use the textures to create a competing texture library or to make the original files available to others as a substitute for purchasing them from Dream Textures.

14. License Violations

If we reasonably believe that you have breached the license, we may contact you and ask you to stop the unauthorized use, remove unlawfully distributed files, or take other reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

Where the breach is serious or remains unresolved, we may suspend access to the affected products or terminate the relevant license, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to explain or resolve the issue before taking further action.

Termination of a license does not automatically remove any rights or remedies that either party may have under applicable law.

We may take appropriate legal action where necessary to protect our rights or address unauthorized redistribution. We will not terminate a license merely because you have made a legitimate complaint or exercised a statutory consumer right.

15. AI-Generated Content

Our textures are created using artificial intelligence and may be reviewed, edited, or prepared before being offered for sale.

AI-generated content can contain visual imperfections, unexpected details, or similarities to existing materials. We do not guarantee that every texture is unique or that it will be suitable for every possible use.

You are responsible for reviewing the texture and deciding whether it is appropriate for your intended project. If you require a particular technical standard, file format, resolution, or visual characteristic, please check the product description before purchasing.

We do not guarantee that a texture will produce identical results in every rendering engine, 3D application, or software environment. Results may vary depending on your settings, lighting, shaders, and other technical factors.

16. Intellectual Property and Rights Complaints

The Dream Textures website, its branding, design, text, graphics, product presentation, and other website content are owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our permission, except as allowed by law.

Purchasing a texture does not give you ownership of our brand, website, or any rights beyond the license expressly granted for the purchased product.

If you believe that a texture or other content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with enough information to identify the content and explain your claim. Please include the relevant product link, a description of the rights you believe are affected, and your contact details.

We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to review the complaint. We may also temporarily restrict access to disputed content while the matter is investigated.

If we determine that content should be removed or restricted, we may take appropriate action, including removing it from sale. We will handle rights complaints in accordance with applicable law.

17. Refunds and Cancellation

Because our products are digital downloads, the rules for cancellation differ from those that apply to physical goods.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before deleting your account, please make sure you have downloaded and backed up any products you wish to keep. Deleting your account may remove your access to your purchase history, download links, and other account features.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel completed purchases, reverse payments, or create a right to a refund.

We may retain certain information after account deletion where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain financial records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or establish and defend legal claims. Any such retention will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
