No. You cannot resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original textures or modified versions as standalone texture assets. You may use them as part of finished projects, subject to the license terms.

Yes. You can use a purchased texture in more than one personal or commercial project without buying a new license each time, provided that your use follows the license terms.

Yes. You can incorporate textures into finished work for a client. If your client needs the original texture files for independent use in other projects, they should obtain their own license.

Yes. Our license allows personal and commercial use, including games, 3D scenes, architectural visualizations, animation, product design, and other creative projects.

Purchased files may remain available through your account for repeat download. We recommend downloading your files and keeping your own backup, as permanent online storage is not guaranteed.

Yes. You need a registered Dream Textures account to purchase and download products. Your purchases are linked to your account.

Once your payment is confirmed, sign in to your account and open the relevant order or download section. Your purchased files will be available there.

Digital delivery is normally available immediately after successful payment. Occasionally, payment verification or technical issues may cause a delay.

Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot or error message so we can investigate and help you access the correct files.

If you have validly agreed to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be supplied as promised.

We aim to review refund requests within 4 business days. If approved, we arrange the refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

All payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers. Dream Textures does not collect or store your payment card details or other payment credentials.

No. Dream Textures is a store for ready-made AI-generated textures. We do not offer a texture generator or custom generation service.

Yes. You can inspect the material using the available preview models, such as a sphere, cube, cylinder, or plane. This helps you evaluate the surface before downloading it.

You’re buying a ready-made digital texture or texture pack created using AI. Each product includes the files listed on its product page, which you can download and use in your projects.

Depending on the product, a pack may include albedo, normal, roughness, ambient occlusion, height, and metallic maps. Check the product page for the exact files, formats, and resolution included.
